Submission Guidelines
Please read the instructions carefully for each category before proceeding to the submission forms.
01 Single Photos
Key Guidelines

Max 5 photographs per submission. Each photograph can be under any one of the 4 sub-categories.

Each entry must be captioned within 10 words.

Categories: Open, Thematic, Nature & Wildlife, Architecture & Abstract.

Format: JPEG/JPG ONLY, 3:2 or 4:3 aspect ratio.
-
Size: 300 DPI, 2MB to 5MB, at least 2000px on longest edge.
-
No watermarks, signatures, or borders allowed.
02 Photo Story
Key Guidelines
-
Min 6 and Max 12 photographs per story.

Title and description (narrative context) are mandatory.

Chronological naming of individual images required.

Submission: Google Drive link containing images and text file.
-
Format: JPEG/JPG ONLY, 3:2 or 4:3, 300 DPI, 2MB-5MB per image.

No watermarks, signatures, or borders allowed.
03 Short Film
Key Guidelines
-
Upload to YouTube/GDrive and submit the link.
-
Duration: Max 40 minutes (plus 30s credits).
-
English subtitles mandatory for non-English/Bengali dialogues.
-
Fiction, Non-fiction, Animation, or Experimental films.
-
Must be original work with no watermarks.
-
Ensure all music/footage is original or properly licensed.
